BEFORE WE GET STARTED
A few good questions.
Can we keep our current payment terminal?
Yes. The starting program uses QR signup and staff-verified stamps, so customers can pay through your existing system. Automatic POS connections are separately assessed and quoted.
Does this connect to our booking system?
We can include a link to your existing booking service. Automatically earning or redeeming rewards through bookings depends on that platform’s capabilities and requires a separate integration scope.
Can customers add the card to Apple or Google Wallet?
Wallet passes and payment-triggered invitations are not included in the starting packages. We can assess these separately once we know your equipment and platform. The sample card demonstrates the visual experience only.
What do the monthly fees cover?
Hosting and routine technical upkeep of the agreed service, plus support for using it. Initial pages and revisions are agreed before setup. Later content, design and development changes are $70 CAD per hour with approval.
Can we cancel?
Cancel on or before the 30-day launch trial deadline for a full setup-fee refund and no monthly service fee for the trial. After the trial, request cancellation before the next renewal to stop future monthly charges. Your agreement confirms the service end date and any handover.
