Privacy notice

This notice describes the public Solenya Digital website and the fictional Morrow demo linked from it. A live client loyalty program needs its own business specific privacy information before launch.

Information collected on this website

This public site has no enquiry form, customer signup database, checkout, advertising trackers or analytics scripts configured. If you email us, we receive your email address and any information you choose to include. We use it to respond to your enquiry and discuss requested services. Email is handled through Microsoft Outlook. Please do not email passwords, payment card details or sensitive customer information. Online payments are not currently open.

The hosting service may process ordinary request information, such as IP address, browser details, requested pages and security logs, to deliver and protect the website. Such information is handled by the hosting provider under its own practices.

The fictional Morrow demo

Morrow is a display example, not a real café. You may enter a sample first name to try the loyalty card. The demo keeps that name and the sample stamp balance in the current page’s memory. Its code does not send them to a customer database or save them in browser storage, and they reset when the page reloads. Use a fictional name rather than personal or sensitive information.

The demo does not create a real account, issue redeemable rewards, send messages or take payments. Its fonts may be requested from Google Fonts, which receives the network information needed to deliver those resources. Illustrative photos are served as local site files.

When you become a client

Before a project launches, we will document the business contact information, account access, reward activity, data handling responsibilities and retention arrangements needed for that service. Any payment collection will use an authorized payment provider. No payment details are collected by this public site.
