Service and refund terms

This page summarizes Solenya Digital’s starting service offer. Your written proposal and service agreement specify your deliverables, access, revision rounds, launch date and billing authorization. This website does not take orders or payments. For enquiries, email solenyadigital@outlook.com.

Services and prices

Website and loyalty setup is $750 CAD, followed by $149 CAD per month after the trial. Loyalty only setup is $300 CAD, followed by $99 CAD per month after the trial. The setup scope includes the pages and initial revisions recorded in your proposal. Monthly service covers hosting, routine technical upkeep and support for using the agreed setup.

Later edits and additional development are $70 CAD per hour. We obtain your approval of an estimate before starting and do not exceed it without further approval. Applicable taxes and approved third party costs are separate. Domains, paid subscriptions, custom integrations and major new features are not included unless specifically agreed.

Review and delivery

We confirm scope before collecting the setup payment. You provide content, business details and branding that you have permission to use. After development, you review the agreed service. Launch follows testing of the agreed customer and staff workflow and your approval. Delivery timing is agreed per project.

Thirty day launch trial and setup refund

The trial lasts 30 consecutive days from the launch date you approve. It does not start when you pay the setup fee or when development begins. The monthly service fee is $0 during the trial.

If you are not satisfied and request cancellation on or before the recorded trial deadline, we reimburse the full setup fee and charge no monthly service fee for the trial. Refund timing and the cancellation contact method are confirmed in your service agreement. A cancellation request is recorded separately from confirmation that the refund has been processed.

Any separately approved third party purchases are identified in your proposal, including their cancellation and refund terms. They do not reduce our promise to reimburse the full Solenya setup fee when the trial guarantee applies.

Recurring billing and cancellation

Monthly billing starts only after the trial and with your authorization. We confirm the first billing date before activation. After the trial, request cancellation before the next renewal to stop future monthly charges. Your agreement specifies the service end date and any handover. No payment can be made through this public website at present.

Loyalty program operation

The starting service uses QR signup and authorized staff to award stamps and redeem rewards. Your business approves the earning rules and reward offer and is responsible for fulfilling rewards. Automatic POS and booking integrations, Wallet passes and payment triggered enrollment invitations require a separate assessment and agreed scope.

Project agreements and support

Before launch, we record the relevant ownership, privacy, customer data access, backup, support and handover arrangements in your service agreement.
